Booking & Cancellations

A valid credit card must be on file in order to secure an appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you consent to charge your card
on file if you violate our cancellation policy.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment will be automatically charged 50% of the services booked
  No-shows will automatically be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file

• Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the outstanding balance is settled

• Appointments can be cancelled or amended by phone, text, e-mail, or through the online booking system.
   

Late Arrivals

I do my best to accommodate late arrivals, however if you are 15 minutes late or more, I cannot guarantee that we will have ample time to complete
your service and may be forced to reschedule your appointment. Late arrivals that are rescheduled will be subject to same day cancellation fee.
If you would like to proceed with the appointment you will still be charged for services that were scheduled.
Please call or text ahead of time if you anticipate being late to your appointment.

 

Payment for Services & Products

Visa, Mastercard, and cash are accepted; gratuity is accepted by card or cash.
 

Refunds & Adjustments

I do not offer refunds for services rendered; If you are dissatisfied with any of your services, complimentary adjustments can be made within seven days. Adjustments beyond the scope of services agreed upon in our consultation will be subject to additional fees.
Adjustments may not be offered if your appointment is shortened 15 minutes or more due to tardiness.
